Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Shape Link mobile application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Shape Link is a free-to-play puzzle game. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Cheating, hacking, or artificially manipulating leaderboards is strictly prohibited.

2. In-App Purchases

Shape Link may offer in-app purchases (e.g., power-ups, ad-removal). All purchases are handled directly by the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to the refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

3. Advertisements

The app is supported by third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of such ads. You may have the option to purchase an "Ad-Free" version of the app to disable non-rewarded advertisements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including graphics, code, sounds (audio effects), and mechanics (such as the loop-clearing systems), are the property of the Shape Link developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
